2. Nature of Our Services

  • We assist travelers in planning and arranging jungle safaris, accommodation, and related travel services.

  • We do not directly issue or sell official safari permits or forest entry tickets.

  • All safari permits, vehicle allotments, and entry approvals are issued and regulated by the concerned forest department authorities.


3. Booking & Payment Policy

  • A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the required payment.

  • Guests must provide accurate details including full name, age, valid government ID, travel dates, and contact information.

  • Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking.

  • Prices may change due to revisions in government fees, forest department charges, hotel tariffs, fuel costs, or seasonal adjustments.


4. Amendments, Cancellations & Refunds

  • Once confirmed, changes to safari date, time, zone, or guest details are generally not permitted.

  • Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation policy shared at the time of booking.

  • If a safari is cancelled by forest authorities due to weather conditions, park closure, or administrative orders, refunds (if applicable) will follow official forest department rules.

  • Any increase in government taxes or service charges after booking must be borne by the guest.


5. Identification Requirements

  • All visitors must carry valid government-issued photo identification during safari entry.

  • Foreign nationals must carry a valid passport and visa as required by law.

  • Entry into forest areas is subject to verification and approval by forest officials.


6. Safari Guidelines & Guest Responsibility

  • All safaris operate under forest department regulations.

  • Guests must follow instructions provided by guides, drivers, and forest staff.

  • Loud noise, littering, smoking, or disturbing wildlife is strictly prohibited.

  • Guests with medical conditions, senior citizens, or families with young children should assess suitability and inform us in advance.


7. Risk & Liability Disclaimer

  • Jungle safaris involve natural and wildlife-related risks. By booking, guests acknowledge and accept these inherent risks.

  • We are not liable for injury, accident, loss, delay, or unforeseen incidents during travel or safari activities.

  • Personal travel and medical insurance is strongly recommended.


8. Changes in Services or Itinerary

We reserve the right to modify itineraries, accommodations, safari slots, or transportation due to:

  • Operational requirements

  • Weather conditions

  • Forest authority directives

Where possible, suitable alternatives or refunds will be provided as per applicable policy.


9. Guest Conduct & Right to Refuse Service

  • Guests must behave responsibly toward wildlife, staff, and fellow travelers.

  • Misconduct, submission of false information, or unsafe behavior may result in cancellation without refund.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services for legal, safety, or operational reasons.


10. Agreement & Acceptance
